At Ekanga, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home selections, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. Please note that custom furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items back into their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective padding are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
